How To Choose Your Sleeve Size
1. To select your knee sleeve size you will measure around the center of your knee with a straight leg. Do NOT pull the tape overly tight but just enough to measure your knee joint.
2. If you have a very large quad or calf muscles, you may want to order one size up.
3. We recommend sizing up if you are becoming familiar with the use of support gear and/or if you will not have someone to assist you in putting on.

I have used my sleeves at the gym and they worked great. I have very little cartilage in either knee and neoprene sleeves tend to bunch up behind my knees and irritated them. I had no such issues while doing my squat workout. Very comfortable to wear.
Best knee sleeves in the game!
I got the power knee sleeves. I’m a bigger guy and the 4xl is just right and the straps do a great job of supporting me. I haven’t barbell squat in a long time and these have put me back on the path. I’m very excited to see where these help me go. I highly recommend.

The knee straps help me weight lift without pain which I often experience being in my late 30’s and having a history of joint pain and bursitis. They are worth the price and will be a big part of my health journey moving forwards. Since I’ve gotten them joint pain no longer cuts my workouts short anymore and it helps stabilize my lifting which is much safer overall. I wish I had ordered these much earlier! The straps allow for varying levels of support which is nice for having different support for warmup sets and heavier sets. Also a big fan and happy to support!
I initially ordered a 3XL and they were too big. I decided to send them back since I knew these sleeves were the REAL DEAL. So, I exchanged them for a 2XL. TJ in the Customer Service Department is a GREAT guy, and he was super helpful, and he answered several of my emails very quickly ( hang on to TJ you don’t find caring employees easily). He even contacted me and let me know that he sent out my exchange. It only took one week to send them back to Colorado from Massachusetts and receive my new pair. Training wise, these are sick.., I strapped up and busted a MAX EFFORT Single by 35 pounds on the Buffalo Bar Box Squat. My first 500 pound plus Box Squat (535), and my Evolution Extreme Knee Sleeves were a HUGE part of that. This was part of my first purchase from Evolution Athletics along with my adjustable elbow sleeves. They came in very quickly and I was able to get used to them before my competition. GAME CHANGER!! My knees felt so much support and bounce back! My 300lb frame deadlift AMRAP OF 21 reps in 60 seconds go very smooth!! Can't wait to purchase more EA products!

At first when I tried them on they felt awesome and my knees had a lot of support. However after a day of using them with training they caused a significant amount of pain where my hamstrings meet the back of my knee. They also rubbed the skin raw on the back side of my knee. I was even wearing tall socks to prevent that and it still happened. I would have liked to return them but apparently you can’t after you have worn them. Which sucks because how are you supposed to know if they will work for you without using them in a practical training session.
Love them, especially for a person who had knee surgery a few years back!!

Love these sleeves for training! Not sure if I’ve been wearing other sleeves incorrectly all this time but these felt like they ride higher on the calf which took some getting used to. Other than that though no issues whatsoever and definitely no complaints. Solid sleeves, very supportive, don’t feel like I’m gonna burst a blood vessel putting them on either. 10/10

During our company strongman event and leading up to during training. These sleeves provide the most support and comfort than any other sleeve on the market! Would 10/10 recommend to anyone interested.
Crystal was outstanding on customer service first of all. I will continue to buy and recommend the knee supports and belts from E.A, theres defects I read about on the velcro etc but this team makes it right for you. Support gear is great. Will buy again or other products from E.A.
Using these I was finally able to finish a squat session without knee pain. They also give a great bounce at the bottom of the lift, the sleeves definitely gave me a few extra reps.
They arrived about an hour ago, so I cannot speak to longevity. However, despite already have worked out today, I HAD to at least do some squats. They feel great! I messed with the tension and weights (varying between 200s-600s) and you can definitely feel variability in the support. I can even see it being advantageous purely for comfort in some peoples case. I even decided to do some sprints and box jumps to see if the straps would annoy me…. Nope! Having had 7 total knee surgeries, I’m very particular on fit and feel and first impressions here are great. I do have many EA products as I like Brian and supporting small businesses, but this may be the best yet. I have a couple sets of knee sleeves, and these are cut differently! They are a little shorter and have that kinda pleat to them that already gives the knee shape versus a neoprene tube. I wish all the knee sleeves were like this! I’d buy a set in every color. But this far, I think I will enjoy them and as with everything else, I have confidence in their product! Now get yourself a pair!
These knee sleeves have saved my knees! I am a 260 pound boxer. I train 5 nights out of the week. I started to experience "Runners Knee" after every workout. It was agony. It's been none-stop pain for the last 3 months. I was worried I was going to have to give up boxing. I needed to find a solution. My Dr recommended a Knee Sleeve, but I am a big dude and can't find one that fits. I am a huge fan of Brian Shaw and wanted to see what he uses. I figured if it can handle Brian's knees, it could handle mine. I can't say how great these things are. I joke they feel like I have "Robot Knees". They have taken my training to the next level. I don't need to hold back in fear of my knees hurting and swelling after. The fact you can adjust them to add more support where you need it is a GAME CHANGER for me. I need a lot of lower patella support and that's exactly what these provide. I cannot thank you guys enough. They are amazing.

I have worn a bunch of different sleeves and by far these are the best! They are made with the highest quality materials and the ability to tighten and loosen them during my workout has been such a game changer! If don’t own a pair yet…buy them. Today.
After surgery, I had to buy a $1200 customized knee brace. I have worn it very little. These sleeves provide more comfort, support, and security. All my support gear is from EA. At 47 years old, I have to provide the ultimate protection for my joints.
These are the best knee sleeves I've ever used. They're comfortable through an entire workout if need be. I can't recommend them enough. I will be ordering a pair of elbow sleeves to match.
The quality of these sleeves surpasses any I have used to date. The fit is great for me and the thick neoprene has plenty of flex while supporting my 40 year old knees. When I want to push hard, I’ll tighten down the straps and don’t stress about the work that’s about to be done. Highly recommended.
Skeptical; however, I decided to give it a try! Worth the money. My ability to get additional reps during w/o's has improved by at least 10%!! Bought these w/the elbow sleeves! Incredible!
I wore them for the first time today. My leg workout was better than ever. My knees aren't the best but these knee sleeves were super supportive and kept the body heat focused at the joint. Compared to other sleeves I have worn, this brand seems to be of a better quality than any I have found at brick and morter stores. Let's see how much wear and tear they endure over the next few months and I'll update my review then.
Like I said on elbow sleeves review, these are big, beefy and super supportive. Squatting has never felt as good. I'm getting the support and compression necessary to relieve the pain that was keeping me out of the squat rack, the assist to break through sticking points that used to pin me. Brian could be charging more for these but chose the competitive price because he is a the best. I wonder if wearing these is how it feels to have Brian actually spot me.
